Discuss what is working and/or what is not. We are here to support you every step of the way. Discuss options in the library of Personal Medicine cards or create a custom card to try. This session is meant to be a quick, convenient, and powerful engagement with your CPMC. These check-ins can keep your Personal Medicine card deck fresh and maximize the value to you in optimizing your emotional well-being.
